Circulon Elite 12-Inch Nonstick Hard-Anodized Round Griddle	Griddlecakes, french toast, grilled cheese, burgers; the options are endless! All can be done in this family size 12” griddle. The hard-anodized aluminum allows the pan to heat evenly and browns beautifully. A heat resistant handle is oven safe to 350 F.	This Circulon griddle gives me the best of both types of griddles and requires no (or very little) oil and I am able to make paper-thin crepes in them with much ease. This to me is quite amazing; I think the even heating provided by the non-stick smooth base helps prolong the life of this pan. I highly recommend this product. Read more..
Circulon Elite Hard-Anodized Aluminum 14-Inch Nonstick Open Stir-Fry Pan	Proper stir fry technique calls for fast rotating or stirring of ingredients while cooking, inspiring the rounded, sloped sides of the stir fry. The shape is similar to a salad bowl, designed for easy tossing of vegetables.	I don’t have to season this thing like an iron wok, and it is a lot easier to handle. Made of hard-anodized aluminum for even heating with a nonstick interior for easy clean up.	This is a very nice griddle. Looks exactly like my Circulon fryer pan. It makes great pancakes, (looking forward to grilled sandwiches). To the lady who doesn’t think you can put it in the dishwasher. I think it says that you can on the instructions, but why? You’ll appreciate the large capacity of this stockpot. - Monitor cooking progress by sight through the clear tempered glass lid; top-mounted handle and stainless-steel rims adorn the lid	I use this pot more than any I own. I especially like the wide surface area, with the same capacity as my taller, narrower pot. Well, I’ve had some of my Circulon pans for approx 10 years and they still look almost new. 1) I never use metal utensils. 2) I never put them in the dishwasher.  I would recommend this pot. To strain, simply twist the lid in place to lock it securely and pour. - Tempered glass lid with stainless-steel rim and straining holes	This is a great item. Cleans easily. Good size for use on the stove. Be aware that the lid does have holes in it for pouring – this is a great feature, but for some cooking it might not be ideal. For us, it is great.
