Sometime we would like to bake cake or bread in the mini or small portion size. With the small size loaf, we can make several breads with a different taste. This small size bread can also be applied if we have enough with a small portion. Mini loaf pans are a very useful tool to make this bread.

The baking time in these pans will be faster than standard pan; it usually takes time one fourth of the standard pan. It will need more time for baking if you bake several mini bread.
