Easter is right around the corner, and while you can buy a bunch of chocolate eggs, you can also follow along with Not Martha ’s instructions for making Chocolate Easter Surprise Eggs . These treats are hollow chocolate eggs made by filling real, hollowed out eggshells with melted chocolate. A few candies and other little goodies inside of the hollow eggs make these a lot like Kinder Surprise eggs (love those candies!) and make them a fantastic Easter surprise.
